Bally Haly Country Club is a year round recreation and social facility. Our four sheets of curling ice serve to offer a fantastic winter sporting option for the community of St. John’s. We are also pleased to provide year round social club experiences, and special events services.

Bally Haly is very proud to offer exceptional ice surface conditions that are often compared to ice qualities of major curling events, such as the Brier and Scotties tournaments. Of course being the home rink of Newfoundland’s own Team Gushue requires that we constantly uphold all of our standards and care!

Bally Haly Country Club has highly regarded curling leagues, including growing junior programs! Our curling community is large and strong, with many leagues to service competitive and non-competitive curlers. We are excited to encourage new curlers of all ages, and to provide special and warm winter experiences in our beautiful and cozy clubhouse during cold Newfoundland winters!

Our ice is available for bookings, from full sheet bonspiels to small groups looking to curl, we can accommodate most groups.
